A clear relief from 2025 — IIT Roorkee set a more balanced paper. Paper 1 was Easy to Moderate with straightforward, concept-first questions, while Paper 2 was Moderate to Hard but leaned more towards the moderate side. Overall easier than 2025, yet a notch tougher than the relatively easy 2024 paper — reflected in the CRL qualifying cutoff rising to 92 marks (between 2025's 74 and 2024's 109).
